RSTO - Restoration Hardware - is a company similar to Bed Bath and Beyond. The insiders have bought tons of shares in this.

Their earnings are due in May 26. SO needs to do some research to buy the stocks.

COMS - 3COM is a famous company. The insiders of this company are buying this stock in the recent times which had never happened before. Any news about to happen? As of this writing the stock is at $3.33 and it is at its near 52 week low.

STX - Seagate technology - The famous hard disk company's insider's are selling the stock left and right. The stock is currently at its peak. Does it mean anything? As of this writing the stock is at $18.55.

Companies worth shorting

I don't understand why some insiders are selling the stocks in these companies and I guess, the company is over valued in this market.

So this is an opportunity for investors like us to make tons of money by shorting or by buying puts.

AET - Insiders have sold tons of stock recently.

GOOG - Insiders have sold tons of stock recently and one bad news will crash the stock like anything.

DNA - It is one thing to come up with a good news but another to come up with insiders selling stocks.

CNCT - Overvalued. Look at P/E. It is higher than industry standard when the earnings are falling.

TRID - Trident Microsystems Inc. Overvalued and the insiders are selling. Is this a clue to short the stock?

Companies to invest for the long run

Harley Davidson - HDI - I've been watching this stock for well over two years and the price is pretty decent now. ($46). This is a great company when it comes to managing their products and the customers are very loyal to this brand.

This will definitely be included in my portfolio either as options or as stocks.

LANNETT COMPANY INC - LCI - Has tons of cash and undervalued small company

WEBEX COMMUN INC - WEBX - Has no debt and well established. However, Microsoft is a big competitor to WebX which also poses a possibility that Webx could very well be taken over by Microsoft which hates competitions.
