Companies worth shorting

I don't understand why some insiders are selling the stocks in these companies and I guess, the company is over valued in this market.

So this is an opportunity for investors like us to make tons of money by shorting or by buying puts.

AET - Insiders have sold tons of stock recently.

GOOG - Insiders have sold tons of stock recently and one bad news will crash the stock like anything.

DNA - It is one thing to come up with a good news but another to come up with insiders selling stocks.

CNCT - Overvalued. Look at P/E. It is higher than industry standard when the earnings are falling.

TRID - Trident Microsystems Inc. Overvalued and the insiders are selling. Is this a clue to short the stock?
